How to activate Soft OTP on a device for the first time?

To activate Soft OTP on your device initially, please follow these steps:

• Download and install the M-emobile application.
• Select “Soft OTP” (bottom right corner of the application screen).
• Enter your username and password.
• Read and agree to the terms and conditions.
• Enter the activation code sent via SMS (to your registered phone number).
• Enter the default PIN, which is the last 6 digits of your registered phone number.

*Note: If you are already logged into the M-emobile application, you can select the “activate soft OTP” feature in the left-hand menu.
