I entered the wrong answer to the security question. How can I disable this enhanced security feature?

Each customer may select up to 3 security questions, which corresponds to 3 attempts. If the answer is still incorrect on the third attempt, the mPrivate service will be temporarily locked. In this case, customers must visit an MSB Branch/Transaction Office for assistance in reactivating the service or disabling the enhanced security feature.
