MSB Rewards – Get 50,000 M-Points for Electricity Bill Payments

As summer arrives and electricity bills heat up, join MSB’s “Cool Down Your Bills, Accumulate Rewards” program now to ease your expenses and earn thousands of valuable M-Points, directly enhancing benefits for MSB’s loyal customers.

1. Program Content 

MSB offers 50,000 M-Points to customers who perform their first online electricity bill payment transaction via the MSB mBank application.

2. Implementation Period

The program is divided into 02 phases, increasing the opportunity for customers to receive offers:
Phase 1: From June 01, 2025, to June 15, 2025, or until the promotion budget is exhausted (whichever comes first).
Phase 2: From July 01, 2025, to July 15, 2025, or until the promotion budget is exhausted (whichever comes first).

3. Conditions and Eligible Beneficiaries

Applicable to your first electricity bill payment transaction in each promotion phase with a value of VND 1,000,000 or more.
Each customer is entitled to the offer 01 time.
The program applies to all individual MSB customers holding a payment account.

4. How to Receive Rewards

M-Points will be credited to the customer’s MSB Rewards account no later than the 15th of the following month after each phase.
M-Points are available for use immediately after the customer receives the reward points from MSB.
Customers can use M-Points to redeem vouchers at MSB Rewards with over 1,000 HOT brands such as: Gogi, Kichi-Kichi, Xanh SM, be, Lotte Cinema…

5. Guide to Electricity Bill Payment on MSB mBank

Step 1: Log in to the MSB mBank application.
Step 2: Select “Bill Payment”.
Step 3: Select “Electricity”.
Step 4: Enter Customer ID and confirm the transaction.
