MSB Rewards – Free 2 Airport Lounge Accesses for Priority Customers

MSB Rewards officially launches the “Flying Season Privileges” program as a special token of gratitude for our Priority Customers, offering world-class experiences and privileges to help you enjoy every journey to the fullest and most relaxed.

1. Program Content 
a. Offer 1:
– Target Audience: Customers with a growth in the average monthly balance of their payment account during the reward period compared to the previous month.
– Conditions and Rewards:
Average payment account balance increase of VND 300 million/month: Receive 500,000 M-points (can be redeemed for 01 “Airport Lounge” voucher).
Average payment account balance increase of VND 600 million/month: Receive 1,000,000 M-points (can be redeemed for 02 “Airport Lounge” vouchers).
b. Offer 2:
– Target Audience: Customers with a growth in the balance of their Auto-Profit (Sinh lời tự động) products during the reward period compared to the previous month.
– Conditions and Rewards:
Profit-generating product balance increase of VND 500 million/month with a term of 01 month or more: Receive 500,000 M-points (can be redeemed for 01 “Airport Lounge” voucher).
Profit-generating product balance increase of VND 1 billion/month with a term of 01 month or more: Receive 1,000,000 M-points (can be redeemed for 02 “Airport Lounge” vouchers).

2. Implementation Period
From June 01, 2025, to the end of August 31, 2025, or until the promotion budget is exhausted, whichever comes first.

3. Eligible Beneficiaries
– Individual customers at MSB identified as MFirst (Priority Customers) under DIAMOND, PLATINUM, or GOLD tiers. Must have registered and be using MSB’s Digital Banking services (does not apply to customers using the Inquiry Package);
– Using a payment account successfully opened through the MSB mBank application;
– Using MSB Certificate of Deposit products on the MSB mBank application (Auto-Profit);
– Each customer is eligible for the promotion only once, receiving the reward for the highest condition met during the Promotion Period.

4. How to Receive Rewards
M-point rewards are credited to the customer’s MSB Rewards account after each monthly reward cycle:
– Offer 1: No later than the 15th of the following month after the customer meets the criteria.
– Offer 2: No later than the 15th of the following month after the customer completes 1 month of using a profit-generating product that satisfies the conditions.
Customers can use M-points to redeem vouchers at MSB Rewards with over 1,000 HOT brands such as: Gogi, Kichi-Kichi, Xanh SM, be, Lotte Cinema…
