I forgot my Internet Banking / MSB mBank password. How can I retrieve it?

To retrieve your Digital Banking password, please follow one of the options below:
1. Via the MSB mBank application:

• Step 1: Log in to the MSB mBank application and select “Forgot Password” on the login screen.
• Step 2: Enter the required verification information, including: Username, Account Number, ID/Passport Number, and Date of Issue of the ID/Passport.
• Step 3: The system will send a new password to the mobile phone number registered with MSB.

Note: Password reissuance is only applicable on the mobile device that has previously successfully logged in to MSB Digital Banking services.

2. Visit the nearest MSB Branch/Transaction Office for assistance.
