Interest rate hedging
This is a monetary transaction (including VND and foreign currencies) that takes place between MSB and the counterparty in the form of either a direct cash deposit at the treasury's transaction counter and cash payment via wire transfer or a direct cash receipt at the treasury's transaction counter and payment via wire transfer. The transaction amount and fee are determined by the parties and are in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
