Condition

  • Currently working for enterprises/organizations and getting paid by wire transfer
  • Age: from 20 to 55 for female, from 20 to 60 for male (extended to 65 in case of credit card product)
  • Labor contract with 12-month validity or permanent validity
  • At least 6 months in current job if you are employee and 3 months if you are executive (or minimum 2 years’ working experience)
  • Net monthly income: minimum VND 6 million

Submit documents
  • Request for loan/Request for card issuance as per MSB’s template
  • Identification document: Identity card/passport
  • Residential document: Household Registration Book/Household confirmation/Temporary residence confirmation/KT3, etc.
  • Proof of income: labor contract, salary statement, etc.
Tariff
  • Early settlement fee for unsecured loan: 3% of prepaid principal amount in first year
  • 2% of prepaid principal amount from first year onwards
  • Overdraft fee: 0.5%*approved limit
  • Account management fee: 0.1%*approved limit (VND 220,000 cap)

Yes. You may partially or fully settle the loan before due date depending on your financial capacity. Early settlement fee is calculated based on prepaid principal amount. Most of MSB’s loan packages have early settlement fee waived from the fifth year onwards.
