These are projects that have been appraised, approved for partnership, and have signed cooperation agreements with MSB. Customers purchasing homes from projects partnered with MSB may enjoy more preferential loan policies compared to loans from other banks.
Depending on each specific project, MSB may require different levels of customer equity, but in all cases it will not exceed 30% of the property sale and purchase contract value.
In practice, the loan continues to accrue interest during the interest support period; however, the developer pays this interest to the Bank on behalf of the customer. The customer only needs to repay the loan principal and any late payment interest or penalties (if the principal is not repaid on time).
