How can I adjust my transaction details?

You can submit a trace request to adjust the account number or beneficiary name for successful transfers from MSB. Please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Log in to Internet Banking → Select Accounts → Choose the account used for the transaction.

  • Step 2: Select Transaction History and find the transaction you wish to trace.

  • Step 3: Click Trace → Enter your adjustment request in the “Content” field.

Note: Trace requests are processed within a maximum of 04 working days. Feedback will be sent via the user’s registered phone number.

How can I adjust the transaction description?

You can submit a trace request to modify the description of a successful transfer from MSB by following these steps:

  • Step 1: Log in to Internet Banking → Select Accounts → Choose the transaction account.

  • Step 2: Select Transaction History and locate the transfer that needs adjustment.

  • Step 3: Click Trace → Enter your modification request in the “Trace Content” field.

Processing Time: Maximum of 04 working days. Feedback will be sent via your registered phone number.

Note: The receiving bank will be notified of the adjustment to inform the recipient.

How can I request a recall for a fraudulent transaction?

Please follow these steps to submit a request:

  • Step 1: Log in to Internet Banking → Select Accounts → Choose the account used for the transaction.

  • Step 2: Select Transaction History and locate the suspicious transaction.

  • Step 3: Click Trace → Enter your recall request and fraud details in the “Content” field.

Processing Time: Up to 30 working days. Feedback will be sent via your registered phone number.

⚠️ Important Note: For 24/7 instant transfers, the recipient receives funds immediately; therefore, the possibility of a successful recall is very low.
