How can I adjust the transaction description?

You can submit a trace request to modify the description of a successful transfer from MSB by following these steps:

  • Step 1: Log in to Internet Banking → Select Accounts → Choose the transaction account.

  • Step 2: Select Transaction History and locate the transfer that needs adjustment.

  • Step 3: Click Trace → Enter your modification request in the “Trace Content” field.

Processing Time: Maximum of 04 working days. Feedback will be sent via your registered phone number.

Note: The receiving bank will be notified of the adjustment to inform the recipient.

If the recipient has not yet received the money, you can submit a trace request by following these steps:

  • Step 1: Log in to Internet Banking → Select Accounts → Choose the transaction account.

  • Step 2: Select Transaction History and locate the specific transaction.

  • Step 3: Click Trace → Enter your request details in the “Content” field.

Note: Trace requests are processed within a maximum of 04 working days. You will receive the result via your registered phone number.
