17/03/2026 To reset your digital banking password, you can choose one of two methods:
1. On the MSB M-emobile app
- On the login screen, select “Forgot password”
- Enter the required information.
*Note: The information provided in the ID card, phone number, and email address are the user’s registered information.
- The OTP will be sent to the user’s login phone number.
- Set a new password.
2. Visit the nearest MSB branch/transaction office for direct assistance.
- Please bring the form with your signature and company seal to the nearest MSB branch/transaction office for assistance.
