• Mr. Nguyen Hoang Linh brings extensive experience in the financial and banking sector, having held senior leadership roles across multiple credit institutions in Vietnam. Since joining MSB in 1998, he has undertaken a range of key executive responsibilities.
• He has served as Chief Executive Officer of MSB since March 2020 and, since September 2020, has concurrently held the positions of Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer.

• With over 20 years of experience in banking and finance, Mr. Nguyen Phi Hung has held senior executive roles at both local and international financial institutions. At MSB, he has accumulated 7 years of experience, serving as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Head of Operations.
• Since 30 October 2023, he has been appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of MSB.

• Since joining MSB in 2009, Ms. Nguyen Huong Loan has built strong expertise in treasury and financial markets. She has held senior roles including Deputy CEO in charge of Treasury Division, Deputy CEO of MSB, and CEO of the Large Corporate & Financial Institutions Bank, while concurrently serving as Head of Financial Markets Division.
• She currently serves as Deputy CEO of MSB and CEO of the Financial Institutions Bank. Previously, she spent 14 years at Techcombank, including as Head of Treasury Division.

• Ms. Nguyen Thi My Hanh  has over 21 years of experience in the banking and finance sector, including 17 years with MSB. She has been entrusted with a number of key management positions, including Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Retail Banking; Director of Sales Channels and Distribution Center; Director of Business Development Management Center; Regional Director (Region 1); and Head of Funding. She was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Retail Banking in December 2020.
• Since April 2022, has been Deputy CEO of MSB and CEO of Retail Banking.

• Mr. Bui Duc Quang has over 23 years of experience in law and banking & finance. Before joining MSB, he held key roles including Director of Retail Debt Recovery at Vietnam International Bank (VIB), and Director of Litigation and Member of the Advisory Board at TNG Group.
• At MSB, he has held various positions, including Director of Litigation Management & Debt Trading, Deputy Head in charge of Credit Management Division, Acting Head of Credit Management Division, and Chairman of AMC. Since July 2020, Mr. Quang has served as Chief Executive Officer of Credit Management at MSB.
• Education: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B), Hanoi Law University.

• Since joining MSB in 2008, Mr. Hoang Viet Phuong has built extensive experience in corporate and retail banking. He has held key executive roles including Deputy CEO of Corporate Banking, Deputy CEO of Retail Banking, Head of Strategic Clients Division, and Head of the State-Owned Enterprise Corporate Banking Division.
• Since January 2025, Mr. Phương has held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Banking at MSB.

• With 23 years of service at MSB, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hang has built deep expertise in bank financial management. She has held key roles including Deputy Head of the Financial Management Division, Director of the Financial Governance Center, Head of the Finance Department, and Head of the Budget Planning Department.
• With her experience and deep understanding of MSB’s financial system, Ms. Hằng was appointed Head of Financial Management Division in April 2020.
• Education: Bachelor of Economics, Thuongmai University.

• Ms. Dinh Thi Kim Anh has over 20 years of experience in legal advisory, having held senior legal and compliance management roles at leading domestic financial institutions. Prior to joining MSB, she served for more than nine years as Director of Legal & Compliance at Saigon-Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB).
• Since January 2025, she has served as Head of the Legal Advisory and Compliance Division of MSB, overseeing the Bank’s legal advisory and compliance functions.
• Education: Master of Laws (LL.M.) and Licensed Lawyer, Hanoi Law University, Vietnam National University, Hanoi.

• Ms. Nguyen Ha Thanh brings 28 years of experience in the financial and banking sector, having held senior management roles in operations at a number of reputable domestic and international institutions, including Techcombank, Morgan Stanley Gateway, Royal International Securities Company, and Citibank.
• Since late December 2020, she has joined MSB as Head of the Operations Division, overseeing and managing operational activities across the Bank’s entire system.
• Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA), Asian Institute of Technology (AIT).

• Mr. Nguyen Tien Duc joined MSB in 2007 and has held various management positions within the Bank, including Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Banking; Director of Corporate Banking Sales and Distribution Center; Director of Credit Risk Management; and Director of the Northern Credit Risk Management Center.
• With his strong expertise in credit risk management and hands-on experience in leading business units, Mr. Duc was appointed Head of Risk Management Division in April 2024.
• Education: Bachelor of Banking and Finance.

• Mr. Nguyen Quoc Khanh brings over 24 years of experience in IT across domestic and international organizations, including nearly 17 years in senior leadership roles at leading institutions such as Vietcombank, PVCombank, PetroVietnam Finance Corporation (PVFC), the PV Bank Preparatory Board, and FPT Software. He previously served as Head of the Technology Division of MSB from May 2009 to October 2013.
• Since April 2020, he has rejoined MSB as Head of the Technology Division, overseeing enterprise-wide information technology operations across the Bank.

• Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Cuong joined MSB in 2007 and brings over 15 years of experience in human resources management. During 2009-2012, he held several key HR management positions at MSB. Since 2012, he has taken on senior leadership roles at M-Talent and was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer in 2015.
• In January 2020, he was appointed Head of Human Resources of MSB, responsible for enterprise-wide human capital management across the Bank.

• Mr. Vu Ngoc Bong Lai has 18 years of experience in the financial and banking sector, having held senior roles at leading institutions including Techcombank and HSBC Vietnam. From 2016 to 2019, he served at MSB in key roles in Large Corporate Banking and transformation initiatives.
• Since 6 February 2025, he has served as Head of the Strategy and Innovation Division of MSB, leading the Bank’s strategic direction and innovation agenda.
• Education: Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting, Westminster Business School, United Kingdom.

• Ms. Pham Thi Thanh joined MSB in 2008 and has extensive experience in banking supervision and oversight. Prior to MSB, she held senior roles at the State Bank of Vietnam and major financial institutions, including Deputy Director of the Ha Tay Provincial Branch (former), Deputy Head of the Banking Supervision Department of the State Bank of Vietnam, and Member of the Board of Directors and Head of the Board of Supervisors of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies. Since September 2009, she has served as Head of the Board of Supervisors of MSB.

• Ms. Chu Thi Dam brings 28 years of experience in the financial and banking sector and is a highly regarded professional in audit, control, and banking supervision. She joined MSB in September 2008 and has since held a number of key roles within the internal audit system, including Deputy Head/Head of the Internal Audit Department and Chief Credit Auditor. Since February 2012, she has served as a Member of the Board of Supervisors of MSB, responsible for overseeing control and supervision activities across the Bank’s entire system.

• Ms. Le Thanh Ha joined MSB in 1991 and has since held leadership roles across a wide range of critical banking functions, including Accounting, Customer Service, Capital Management, Investment and Foreign Exchange Trading, Financial Markets, and Financial Institutions Banking. With extensive experience and deep insight into banking operations, she has served as a Member of the Board of Supervisors of MSB since February 2012, contributing to the oversight and assurance of the Bank’s safe and effective operations.
