2. Starting price for combined sale of 02 assets: 5,890,000,000 VND (In words: Five billion eight hundred and ninety million VND). Starting price does not include value added tax.

Properties are auctioned in their original state, including the original state of the property and the legal status of the documents. Property buyers research and are responsible for fulfilling all obligations after winning the auction.

Responsibility to pay taxes and fees: Value-added tax (if any according to the notice of Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank) and other taxes, fees, charges and expenses as prescribed by law when transferring property are borne and carried out by the winning customer.
