Terms and Conditions of the Program “Protective Shield – Free Accident Insurance for Payroll Customers at MSB”

1. Information of the merchant conducting the promotion:

2. Promotion Program (CTKM) Name: “PROTECTIVE SHIELD – FREE ACCIDENT INSURANCE FOR PAYROLL CUSTOMERS AT MSB”.
3. Promotion Area (scope): Nationwide.
4. Promotion Type: Offering goods and providing services free of charge in connection with the sale of goods and provision of services.
5. Promotion Period: From December 05, 2025, to March 31, 2026, or until the promotion budget specified in Section 9 of these Terms and Conditions is exhausted, whichever comes first, and MSB is not required to provide prior notice.
6. Promotional Goods and Services: Payment accounts opened at MSB.
7. Goods and Services used for Promotion: PVI Personal Accident Insurance.
8. Promotion Program Customers (Eligible beneficiaries):

Individual customers who are employees of Organizations/Enterprises paying salaries through MSB, who open a new payment account and successfully receive their first salary payment of VND 5,000,000 or more.

9. Prize Structure (Prize content, prize value, quantity of prizes):

Customers under Section 8 of these Terms and Conditions who meet the promotion requirements will receive the corresponding rewards as follows:

Total value of goods and services used for promotion: VND 54,000,000 (In words: Fifty-four million Vietnamese Dong), VAT included.

10. Detailed content of the promotion program:

 10.1. Method for determining winners, form and timing of reward distribution:

• After the Organization/Enterprise successfully pays salaries via accounts opened at MSB during the promotion period, MSB will compile a list of eligible Employees to register for the PVI personal accident insurance package.
• On behalf of the Organization/Enterprise, MSB will register the personal accident insurance package at PVI Insurance Joint Stock Corporation (PVI) for eligible Employees. The Insurance Certificate will be issued electronically or in hard copy according to PVI’s regulations and sent to the Customer via email, SMS, or other notification channels of MSB.
• The reward distribution time is a maximum of 45 days from the date the Branch/Transaction Office confirms the list of eligible Employees.
• In case the number of eligible Customers exceeds the quantity stated in Section 9 of these Terms and Conditions, Customers who qualified earlier will be prioritized.

10.2. Contents related to the accident insurance package:

– The insurance is issued by PVI Insurance Joint Stock Corporation (PVI), and MSB is the policyholder for the customer.

– Insurance Benefits: The accident insurance amount is VND 10,000,000/person/event, with benefits for death and injury due to accidents according to percentage rates.

– Insurance Duration: 12 months from the date of insurance certificate issuance.

11. Other contents of the promotion program:

11.1 MSB’s Responsibilities and Rights:

• Conduct the promotion in accordance with the announced content and legal regulations.
• MSB’s decision on matters related to this promotion is final and binding on Customers, unless otherwise provided by law.
• In the event that any individual commits fraud or deception to achieve the results of this promotion, MSB reserves the right to refuse the reward and request compensation from the Customer (if any) in accordance with the law.
• To ensure the transparency of the promotion, MSB reserves the right to publish information and images of eligible Customers in accordance with legal regulations.
• With the Customer’s consent, MSB is entitled to use the Customer’s images and information related to this promotion for MSB’s communication and advertising activities and/or public announcements as prescribed by law.
• Customers must bear all incurred costs (if any) related to receiving the promotion offer.
• Any inquiries or complaints related to the promotion must be sent by the Customer to MSB within 45 days from the end of the promotion period. MSB will not be responsible for handling or resolving any Customer complaints or inquiries arising after this period.
• If due to force majeure events as prescribed by law beyond MSB’s control, the promotion cannot take place as planned, or to ensure alignment with business objectives, MSB may (to the extent permitted by law) cancel, terminate, modify, or delay part or all of the promotion after obtaining approval from the competent authority or as prescribed by current law.

11.2. Customer’s Responsibilities and Rights:

• Provide accurate information when participating in the promotion and take responsibility for the use of the gifted insurance benefits.
• By participating in this promotion, Customers acknowledge that they are aware of and accept all conditions and terms of this promotion and any adjustments (if any).

MSB respectfully announces and commits to correctly implementing and taking full responsibility for the above promotion program in accordance with current legal regulations.
