RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE “MSB ACCOUNT LINKING PROGRAM” PROMOTION

- Vietnam Maritime Commercial Bank (MSB)
- Head office address: 54A Nguyen Chi Thanh Street, Lang Ward, Hanoi City
2. Name of the Promotion Program (CTKM): Linked with MSB account.
3. Promotion area (scope): Nationwide.
4. Form of promotion:
Giving away goods and services free of charge in conjunction with the sale of goods and provision of services.
5. Promotion Period:
From September 20, 2025 to October 20, 2025, or until the number of gifts (E-vouchers) specified in Section 9 of these Terms and Conditions runs out, whichever comes first, and MSB does not need to give prior notice.
6. Goods and services being promoted: MSB Certificates of Deposit.
7. Goods and services used for promotion: E-vouchers from Le Monde Steak restaurant.
8. Customers of the Promotion (eligible participants):
Customers are individuals who meet the following conditions:
- Have an active Vietnamese Dong payment account and are using MSB’s electronic banking services on the MSB mBank application.
- Receive a notification inviting participation in this promotion, including but not limited to, through the MSB mBank application and/or other contact channels such as: Email, Zalo.
- Make at least 01 (one) transaction related to MSB’s certificate of deposit product with a minimum value of VND 11 million on the MSB mBank application during the promotion period.
- Not applicable in conjunction with other offers, including partner discount vouchers; cash vouchers, and denomination vouchers from other SVN partners.
- Not applicable for splitting invoices, cumulative discounts, and not redeemable for cash.
- Offers and VAT invoice requests (if any) must be notified before payment.
- Not applicable if the invoice has already been printed/issued from the system.
- Reward Payment Method: Customers who meet the promotion eligibility requirements will receive an E-voucher code from MSB, including but not limited to the MSB mBank application and/or other contact channels such as email, Zalo, etc.
- Reward Payment Time: Maximum 7 days from the date the customer meets the promotion eligibility requirements according to these Terms and Conditions.
- Each customer who meets the promotion eligibility requirements will only receive one reward throughout the promotion period.
- Rewards will be prioritized in the order of the time the customer makes a transaction that meets the promotion eligibility requirements (transactions completed earlier will be rewarded first).
9. Prize structure: E-vouchers applicable at Le Monde Steak restaurants:
25% discount on one Steak Diane or Steak Au Poirve (before VAT).
Applicable locations: Applicable at all Le Monde Steak restaurants nationwide.
Total number of prizes: 1,000 E-vouchers.
Validity period: Applicable from Monday to Sunday until October 31, 2025.
Applicable to dine-in customers.
Applicable to à la carte menu and full-price combos.
Not applicable on public holidays as per restaurant regulations (Mid-Autumn Festival 6/10, Vietnamese Women’s Day). 20/10).

11. Rights and Responsibilities of the Parties:
a. Rights and Responsibilities of MSB:
Implement the promotional campaign in accordance with the published content and legal regulations.
MSB’s decision on matters related to this promotional campaign is final and binding on the Customer, unless otherwise stipulated by law.
In the event that any individual engages in fraudulent or deceptive behavior to obtain the results of this promotional campaign, MSB has the full right to refuse to award the prize and require the Customer to compensate (if any) in accordance with the law.
To ensure the transparency of the promotional campaign, MSB has the right to publish information and images of eligible Customers in accordance with legal regulations.
With the Customer’s consent, MSB MSB has the right to use images and information of customers related to this promotion for its communication and advertising activities and/or to widely publicize them in accordance with the law.
Customers are responsible for all incurred costs (if any) related to receiving the offer from the program.
Any questions or complaints related to the promotion must be submitted by customers to MSB within 45 days from the end of the program. MSB will not be responsible for handling or resolving any complaints or questions from customers arising after this period.
