Promotional program: Open a card super fast and receive cashback immediately

1. Program Name:Open a card quickly and receive cashback
2. Promotion Type: Giving away goods or providing services free of charge in conjunction with the purchase of goods or services.
3. Promotion Period: From January 20, 2026 to April 30, 2025 or until the promotion budget is exhausted, whichever comes first, and MSB is not obligated to notify before.
4. Promotional goods and services: MSB’s primary credit card opened through digital channels.
5. Goods and services used for promotion: Vietnamese Dong.
6. Target Customers of the Promotional Program (eligible customers):

• Target 1: Are individual customers of MSB, simultaneously satisfying the following conditions:
  • Are existing customers of MSB who do not have a credit card at MSB before the time of the promotional program and are on MSB’s list of selected customers; andReceive promotional information for this promotion through MSB’s Digital Marketing channels and;Successfully open at least 1 MSB primary credit card – via website: https://taichinh.tieudung.msb.com.vn/cc/home or via the MSB Digital Bank app (credit card opened without an MSB sales officer code) and;Make a minimum accumulated spending of 1,500,000 VND within 30 days from the date of successful card opening.Target 2: Individual customers of MSB who simultaneously meet the following conditions:

    Customers who successfully open a primary digital credit card of MSB during HO’s livestream sessions on the channel During the program’s implementation period, use MSB’s TikTok app to enter the program code “NM2026” at https://taichinh.tieudung.msb.com.vn/cc/home or via the MSB Digital Bank app; and

  • Make a minimum accumulated spending of 1,500,000 VND within 30 days from the date of successful card opening.

9. Detailed content of the promotion:

9.1. How to determine winners:

• Customers who are eligible for the program as specified in section 8 and:
• MSB will finalize the total spending of customers at the end of each month, then filter the list of eligible customers to receive the promotion.

9.2. Reward Payment Method and Time:

Reward Method: 300,000 VND will be credited to the customer’s primary credit card.

Reward Payment Time: Reward will be paid in month T+1 (where T is the month on which the customer meets the spending eligibility criteria).

Reward Evaluation Principles:

Only actual spending transactions (including online and at POS) will be counted.

Transactions that are refunded, canceled, paid in installments, or are invalid will not be counted.

Each customer will be recognized and rewarded only once throughout the entire program.

In case the number of eligible customers is limited… If the budget is exceeded, MSB will pay out rewards in the order that customers meet the conditions earlier.

10. Responsibilities and rights of the parties in the Promotion Program:

10.1. MSB’s Responsibilities and Authority:

MSB will implement the promotional program in accordance with the published content and legal regulations.

MSB’s decision on matters related to this promotional program is final and binding on the Customer, except as otherwise stipulated by law.

In the event that any individual engages in fraudulent or deceptive behavior to obtain the results of this promotional program, MSB has the full right to refuse to award the prize and require the Customer to compensate (if any) in accordance with the law.

To ensure the transparency of the promotional program, MSB has the right to publish information and images of eligible Customers in accordance with legal regulations.
