MSB, in collaboration with Napas, officially launches the transportation payment feature on physical MSB Napas chip cards, allowing customers to pay for bus and metro fares in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City by simply tapping the card, eliminating the need for cash or queuing to buy tickets.

Instructions for operation

• For vehicles with fixed fares(Example: bus routes)Customers tap their card once (tap-in) on the ticketing device attached to the vehicle at the start of their journey to make the payment.
• For vehicles with distance-based fares(Example: metro)Customers tap their card at the entrance (tap-in) at the start of their journey and tap their card at the exit (tap-out) at the end of their journey to complete payment.Open an MSB Napas card today at the nearest MSB branch/transaction office or contact the Hotline 1900 6083 for assistance.
