To enhance experience and service quality, MSB’s partner, Vietnam Airlines, will perform a technical system upgrade. During this time, the feature to redeem M-Point to Lotusmiles miles on MSB Rewards will be temporarily interrupted, specifically:

• Interruption period: From 22:00 on 10/04/2026 to 03:00 on 11/04/2026 (approximately 5 hours).

• Affected service: Redeeming M-Point to Lotusmiles miles (Vietnam Airlines).
