NOTICE OF ASSET LIQUIDATION SALE AT MSB CASH VAULT AND ATM OPERATIONS – HANOI

Dear Valued Customers,

In accordance with the asset liquidation plan, the MSB Asset Liquidation Department respectfully invites customers to participate in the bidding for asset liquidation at MSB Cash Vault and ATM Operations in Hanoi, with details as follows:

I. ASSET LIQUIDATION INFORMATION

• Event Code: TL00107
• Starting Price: 6.000.000 VND (Six million Vietnamese dong)
• Deposit Amount: 500.000 VND
• Asset list details: (see attached file)

II. PURCHASE METHOD

Round 1 (April 12, 2026):

• Batch 1: Liquidation of assets available for immediate pickup
• Batch 2: Liquidation of assets currently being relocated from the cash vault

Round 2 (expected in July 2026):

• Batch 3: Liquidation of assets after completion of cash vault renovation

Note: Buyers are responsible for loading and transporting assets themselves according to each batch above.
