MSB and ACCA Advance Strategic Partnership Through the “Campus to Bank” Program

As part of a series of key initiatives following the signing of a strategic partnership agreement between MSB and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), the “Campus to Bank – Proud to be ACCA at MSB” program was recently held successfully, attracting the participation of more than 100 outstanding students.

The event went beyond a typical corporate visit, serving as a concrete step in realizing the shared commitment of MSB and ACCA to develop high-quality human resources for Vietnam’s finance and banking sector in line with international standards.

Connecting Strategic Partners

The program brought together core experts from MSB, representatives from ACCA, and lecturers from the Advanced Education Program, High-Quality & POHE Institute of the National Economics University (NEU).

Through this collaboration, students from the ACCA-integrated High-Quality Auditing Program were able to gain a closer understanding of the professional ecosystem jointly developed by the two organizations.

Real-World Career Touchpoints

During the event, ACCA students had the opportunity to:

• Explore priority career pathways: Understand the advantages of holding an ACCA qualification when applying for and developing a career at MSB, where professionals with globally recognized financial management expertise are highly valued.

• Engage in dialogue with industry experts: Insights from Ms. Phung Thuy Nhung – Deputy Director of Financial Management Division and an ACCA member – along with MSB’s HR leadership helped address a common question among students: “What career opportunities does ACCA offer in the banking sector?”

• Experience MSB’s Agile culture: A guided office tour introduced students to a modern, dynamic working environment that encourages innovation and collaboration.

“Launching the Campus to Bank program shortly after signing the strategic partnership reflects MSB’s commitment to creating tangible value for the ACCA student community. We look forward to welcoming young talents with strong professional foundations and the ambition to grow,” an MSB representative shared.

The success of the program marks a positive milestone in the growing partnership between MSB and ACCA.
