3. Corporate Account Opening Process at MSB

Step 1: Access the website: https://ebank.msb.com.vn/
Step 2: Select “Corporate Customers” and choose “Open Online Payment Account.”
Step 3: Enter the enterprise’s digital signature information.
Step 4: Complete all required company information, including corporate documents, general information updates, and identification documents of relevant individuals such as the legal representative, authorized representative, chief accountant or accounting officer.
Step 5: Register for the M-Banking service with at least three accounts: administrator, approver and transaction executor according to the assigned roles.
Step 6: Choose the most convenient branch or transaction location.
Step 7: Review all registered information and then select “Agree.”
Step 8: Authenticate using the digital signature. Customers will receive the account number immediately and can start performing necessary financial transactions.
