Collection service via Virtual Account: A service provided by MSB to customers using a technology solution that links one (01) Current Account opened at MSB with a set of virtual accounts. Each virtual account corresponds to a specific payer/receivable depending on the customer’s cash flow classification purpose.
Direct disbursement service via MSB–Customer system connection (API): A service provided to eligible customers whereby MSB receives payment instructions through a direct API system connection to debit the customer’s current account opened at MSB and transfer funds to the designated account in accordance with the electronic file transmission protocol.
