Securities Companies, Insurance Companies, Fund Management Companies, and other domestic non-credit financial institutions.

Overdraft limits are granted in accordance with MSB’s regulations applicable from time to time.

Principles Applicable to Intraday Overdraft

1. The customer and MSB must enter into an Intraday Overdraft Agreement.
2. The customer is eligible for an intraday overdraft limit only upon satisfying MSB’s prescribed conditions.
3. The customer must ensure full repayment of any intraday overdraft balance before the end of MSB’s business hours or in accordance with other terms agreed in the Intraday Overdraft Agreement.
4. If an overdraft balance remains outstanding after the end of business hours, MSB shall be entitled to utilize the customer’s collateral to settle the entire outstanding overdraft principal, accrued interest, and applicable fees (if any).

1. Step 1: Based on the customer’s application for an overdraft limit, MSB collects and verifies the validity of the required documentation.
2. Step 2: MSB evaluates the intended use of funds, collateral (if any), business operations, and financial conditions to determine eligibility and approval conditions.
3. Step 3: MSB grants a new overdraft limit or adjusts (increase/decrease) the existing overdraft limit for the customer.

The Overdraft Limit Application Form shall be in accordance with MSB’s regulations applicable from time to time.
