Step 2: An MSB teller will advise on the appropriate transfer purpose based on the customer’s needs.

Step 3: Provide the required transfer details, identification documents, supporting documents for the transfer purpose, and beneficiary information.

Step 4: MSB verifies the validity of the information, transfer amount, and source of funds.

Step 5: The customer receives a transfer receipt/confirmation from MSB.

Step 2: On the home screen, select “Services” and then choose “International Transfer.”

Step 3: Read the transfer instructions and confirm “I understand.”

Step 4: Create a transfer profile

• Select “Transfer Profile” and choose “Create Profile.”
• Select the desired transfer purpose and enter the required information.
• Complete the profile and wait for MSB approval.

Step 5: MSB verifies the validity of the information, transfer amount, and source of funds and approves the profile.

Step 6: Create a transfer order

• Go to “Transfers”, select “Create Transfer Order,” and choose the valid profile.
• Click “Create Transfer Order,” select transaction fee, and confirm the exchange rate.
• Submit the transfer order to MSB.

Step 7: MSB processes the transaction according to the customer’s request.

Step 8: The customer receives the transfer receipt/confirmation via email.
