MSB Credit Card Outstanding Balance Payment Guide
You can settle your MSB credit card outstanding balance through one of the following methods:
1. Automatic Debit (Auto Debit)
You may register for the Auto Debit service at any MSB Branch/Transaction Office or via the MSB mBank application.
Steps on the MSB mBank application: MSB mBank → Card Services → Credit Card → Card Management → Auto Debit → Select the auto debit option.
You may choose to pay: The minimum payment amount, or the full statement balance of the credit card.
2. Payment via Internet Banking / Mobile Banking (IB/MB)
You can make an online payment from your MSB current account to your credit card account.
3. Payment at an MSB Branch/Transaction Office
You may visit any MSB Branch/Transaction Office to settle your outstanding balance by: Cash deposit, or transfer from your MSB current account to your credit card account.
4. 24/7 transfer from another bank using the card number
You may transfer funds 24/7 from another bank using the following information: Credit card number and receiving bank name.

Which cards can be linked to Apple Pay?

Currently, all active international credit cards and international debit cards issued by MSB can be linked to Apple Pay, provided that the cards are in normal operating status.

How can I add my MSB card to Apple Pay?

You can link your MSB card to Apple Pay using one of the following methods:
1. Add the card via the MSB mBank application
Step 1: Log in to the MSB mBank application → Select Card Services → Choose Add Card to Apple Pay → Select Continue.
Step 2: Select the card you wish to add to Apple Pay.
Step 3: Select Add to Apple Wallet, then tap Next and Confirm to accept the Terms and Conditions.
Once completed, your card will be successfully added to Apple Pay.
2. Add the card directly via Apple Wallet
Step 1: Open the Apple Wallet application on your device.
Step 2: Tap the Add (+) button to start the process of adding a card to Apple Pay.
Step 3: Follow the instructions to complete the setup. After the process is completed, your MSB card will be successfully linked to Apple Pay and ready for payment transactions.
