1. Eligible Customers: 

1.1. Individual Customers:

The Program applies to individual customers of MSB nationwide who meet the following conditions:

• Classified as M-First, Upper Emerald, Emerald, or Standard customers in accordance with MSB’s regulations from time to time;
• Have registered for and are using MSB’s Digital Banking services (excluding customers using the Inquiry-only Package);
• Are using MSB’s products and services as specified in the Program Terms and Conditions attached hereto.

1.2. Corporate Customers:

The Program applies to all corporate customers of MSB nationwide who simultaneously meet the following conditions:

• Identified in accordance with MSB’s regulations from time to time;
• Have registered for and are using MSB Internet Banking (the Bank’s online banking service for corporate customers) (excluding customers using the Inquiry-only Package);
• Are using MSB’s products and services as specified in the Program Terms and Conditions attached hereto. For the avoidance of doubt, customers participating in this promotional program are not customers under MSB’s Frequent Customer Program in accordance with MSB’s regulations/policies from time to time.

1. Individual Customers

Follow these simple steps to redeem rewards and enjoy thousands of attractive vouchers on MSB Rewards:

• Step 1: Log in to the MSB mBank / MSB Digibank app.
• Step 2: Select MSB Rewards.
• Step 3: Choose your preferred voucher.
• Step 4: Select “Redeem Now” to use the voucher.

2. Corporate Customers

Steps to follow:

• Step 1: Access your MSB Internet Banking account and select MSB Rewards on the home screen;
• Step 2: Choose categories based on your needs, such as Dining, Technology, Entertainment, etc;
• Step 3: Review the offer details and select “Redeem Now” to receive the offer;
• Step 4: Select “Use Now” for the desired voucher; the Checker approves the transaction to complete the voucher redemption.
