Terms and Conditions:

• The offer applies to iPhone Duo products only.
• Each card is eligible for the offer once during the promotion period, with a maximum discount of VND 5,000,000 per card. A card is identified by its first six and last four digits.
• Total promotion quantity: 37 offers.
• The offer is available Monday through Sunday, from 00:00 to 23:59, including public holidays and Tet holidays in accordance with applicable laws.
• Customers may pre-order via cellphones.com.vn and/or purchase directly at CellphoneS stores. To qualify for the offer, payment must be made directly at a CellphoneS store after applying other promotions, if any.
• Customers must pay the full amount of all charges and fees arising from services provided by CellphoneS using an eligible MSB Visa credit card.
• The offer may be combined with other promotions, subject to the terms and conditions of each promotion.
• The offer is non-redeemable for cash, bank transfers, other products, or transfer to another person.
• The promotion is available to individual customers purchasing for personal use only. Purchases invoiced to a company for VAT purposes are excluded.
• CellphoneS reserves the right to reject the offer for orders suspected of being intended for resale or where a customer purchases more than two products of the same type during the promotion period.
• Transactions receiving the offer cannot be cancelled or refunded during the promotion period.
• Customers should proceed with payment only when the discount is displayed by the system. MSB and CellphoneS shall not be responsible if customers proceed with payment without the discount being displayed.
• Offers are available in limited quantities. The promotion may end early when the budget is exhausted or all offers have been redeemed. In the event of early termination, MSB will announce the change on its website at www.msb.com.vn and ensure the rights of customers who have already participated in the promotion.
• MSB reserves the right to reject the offer in cases of suspected or confirmed fraud.
• Any complaints or disputes relating to goods or services shall be resolved directly between the cardholder and CellphoneS. CellphoneS is responsible for providing goods and services in accordance with its policies. MSB is not a party to the sales contract between the customer and CellphoneS.
