“BUSINESS WITH CONFIDENCE – HEALTH WITH PEACE OF MIND” PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS (FOR MSB VISA BUSINESS CORPORATE CREDIT CARDHOLDERS)

To support businesses in their operations and the well-being of their employees, Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MSB), in collaboration with Thang Long Lac Viet International Hospital (LVFH), implements the “Business with Confidence – Health with Peace of Mind” Program for corporate customers who open new MSB Visa Business credit cards.

The detailed Terms and Conditions of the Program are as follows:

1. Program Name

“Business with Confidence – Health with Peace of Mind” Program.

2. Promotion Period

From August 3, 2026, until and including August 2, 2027, or until the Program budget or the total number of Promotional Rewards and Benefits is exhausted, whichever occurs first.

3. Eligibility for the Program

Corporate customers who open new MSB Visa Business credit cards and successfully complete their first spending transaction using the eligible card during the Promotion Period.

This Program applies to both primary and supplementary cards.

4. Promotional Rewards and Benefits

4.1. Promotional Reward

Each eligible card shall be entitled to one (01) “An Tam Health Check-up Package” E-Voucher at Thang Long Lac Viet International Hospital (LVFH), valued at VND 1,740,000, provided that the card is issued and used to successfully complete a spending transaction in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

4.2. Applicable Location

Thang Long Lac Viet International Hospital (LVFH), located at No. 9A Phan Chu Trinh Street, Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam.

4.3. Total Number of Promotional Rewards and Benefits

A total of four thousand (4,000) E-Vouchers, equivalent to 4,000 health check-up packages.

4.4. Details of the An Tam Health Check-up Package

The package includes the following services:

• One (01) complimentary comprehensive health examination conducted in person by a team of specialist physicians.
• Tests covering nine (09) health indicators.
• Functional tests and diagnostic imaging.

4.5. Additional Privilege

MSB Visa Business allows corporate customers to issue an unlimited number of supplementary cards. Under the “one eligible card (primary or supplementary) equals one E-Voucher” policy, corporate customers shall receive a corresponding number of health check-up packages based on the number of eligible cards issued and used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. These packages may be provided to their employees.

5. Details of the Program

5.1. Process and Procedures for Receiving and Redeeming the Promotional Rewards and Benefits

Step 1: Card Activation and Spending Transaction

After successfully opening an MSB Visa Business credit card, the Customer must activate the card and make a spending transaction in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

At the end of each month, MSB shall compile a list of eligible Customers and deliver the E-Vouchers through MSB’s Internet Banking and Mobile Banking services for corporate customers (IBMB).

Step 2: Booking a Health Check-up Appointment

Customers shall contact Thang Long Lac Viet International Hospital at 1900 633 119 to receive assistance with booking a health check-up appointment.

Step 3: Verification and Redemption

On the scheduled appointment date, Customers shall present the virtual MSB Visa Business card displayed in the MSB Business application for hospital staff to verify the card details and confirm eligibility for the service.

6. General Terms and Conditions

• E-Vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person, and cannot be exchanged for other medical services outside the scope of the specified An Tam Health Check-up Package.
• Each E-Voucher is valid for one (01) year from the date on which the Customer receives the Promotional Reward and Benefit.
• MSB and Thang Long Lac Viet International Hospital reserve the right to amend or adjust these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes, if applicable, shall be officially announced through MSB’s communication channels.
• By participating in the Program, Customers are deemed to have accepted all Terms and Conditions set forth herein.
