“HEALTH COMPANIONSHIP, COMPLETE LOVE” PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS (FOR MSB MASTERCARD GREEN WORLD INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARDHOLDERS)

1. Program Name: “Health Companionship, Complete Love” Program for MSB Mastercard Green World International Credit Cardholders
2. Applicable Area & Territory: MSB’s merchants accepting card payments, which, for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, are limited to:

• Hong Ngoc – Phuc Truong Minh General Hospital, located at 08 Chau Van Liem Street, Tu Liem Ward, Hanoi
• Hong Ngoc – Yen Ninh General Hospital, located at 55 Yen Ninh, Ba Dinh Ward, Hanoi

4. Promotion Type: Free gifts with purchase of goods and/or provision of services.
5. Promotion Period: From October 08, 2026 until and including December 31, 2026 or until the Program budget or the total number of Promotional Rewards and Benefits is exhausted, whichever comes first.
6. Goods/Services Eligible for the Program: Payment services made using MSB Mastercard international credit cards issued by MSB, including the following BIN(s):

This Program applies to both primary and supplementary cards that remain valid at the time of each transaction and satisfy all eligibility criteria and requirements of the Program.

7. Promotional Rewards and Benefits: Cashback credited to credit cards that satisfy the eligibility criteria specified in Section 6.
8. Total number of Promotional Rewards and Benefits: Ninety-nine (99) promotional rewards, as specified in Section 10 of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Eligibility for the Program: Customers must be individual customers of MSB and satisfy all of the following conditions:

The total value of Promotional Rewards and Benefits shall be VND 198,000,000 (in words: One-hundred ninety-eight million Vietnamese Dongs).

10. Details of the Program

a. Details

• Customers who are eligible for the Program will receive cashback of VND2,000,000 credited against their credit card outstanding balance when using IVF services at Hong Ngoc Hospital and paying with an MSB Mastercard international credit card included in the list of eligible cards under the Program.
• Eligible cards shall be identified by the first six (06) digits of the card number, and shall be eligible for no more than one (01) promotional reward per card per month throughout the Promotion Period.
• The Program offers a total of ninety-nine (99) promotional rewards, with a maximum total value of VND198,000,000.
• The Program offers a limited number of promotional rewards and benefits. Customers who complete eligible transactions on a first-come, first-served basis will be prioritized to receive the Promotional Rewards and Benefits until the Program budget or the total number of Promotional Rewards and Benefits is exhausted.

b. Applicable Terms and Conditions

• Transactions shall be executed using MSB Mastercard international credit cards included in the list of eligible cards specified in Section 6 of these Terms and Conditions.
• Cards shall remain active and valid at the time of the transaction.
• Transactions shall be genuine and lawful purchases of goods and shall be executed in accordance with applicable laws and MSB’s applicable rules and regulations.
• The Promotional Rewards and Benefits apply only to payments for IVF services at Hong Ngoc Hospital in Section 3 of these Terms and Conditions.
• Cashback shall be credited to the credit card outstanding balance no later than the fifteenth (15^th) day of the month following the month in which the payment is executed.
• Any reversed, cancelled, fraudulent, or falsified transactions, or transactions carried out for the purpose of obtaining undue benefits or in breach of MSB’s applicable rules and regulations shall not qualify as eligible transactions for the Promotional Rewards and Benefits.
• If Customers cancel or reverse a transaction after it has been executed, any Promotional Rewards and Benefits already applied may be revoked or rendered inapplicable to such transaction in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• The actual total value of the Promotional Rewards and Benefits shall not exceed VND198,000,000
• MSB is the card issuing authority and shall implement this Program for cardholders in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Hong Ngoc Hospital is directly responsible for the provision and sale of its goods and services in accordance with applicable laws. MSB is only responsible for the Promotional Rewards and Benefits provided under this Program.
• Hong Ngoc Hospital shall coordinate with MSB in verifying and reconciling the number of transactions and the value of any Promotional Rewards and Benefits actually incurred.
• MSB reserves the right to refuse to award or revoke the Promotional Rewards and Benefits if MSB reasonably determines that Customers have engaged in any fraudulent or falsified activities, engaged in any misuse or abuse of the Program for the purpose of obtaining undue benefits, or violated these Terms and Conditions and/or MSB’s applicable rules and regulations.

c. Process and Procedures for Granting of the Promotional Rewards and Benefits:

• Step 1: Execute a payment transaction

Customers use IVF services at Hong Ngoc Hospital and execute the payment using an eligible MSB Mastercard Green World international credit card.

• Step 2: Compile a list of Customers

Hong Ngoc Hospital confirms and submits to MSB a list of any Customers who have used IVF services.

• Step 3: Verify eligibility

MSB checks and verifies the list of Customers to ensure they satisfy all eligibility criteria and requirements under the Program.

• Step 4: Credit the cashback

MSB credits the cashback no later than the fifteenth (15^th) day of the month following the month in which the payment is executed.

12. Miscellaneous:

• MSB reserves the right to refuse to award the Promotional Rewards and Benefits to any Customers that MSB reasonably determines to have provided information in an invalid, unclear, or incomplete manner, or to have failed to satisfy the eligibility criteria and requirements under the Program.
• MSB reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate the Program where deemed necessary and in compliance with applicable laws. Any amendment(s) and/or supplement(s) to these Terms and Conditions will be published by MSB on its website and/or through appropriate communication channels in compliance with applicable rules and regulations in full force and effect.
• If MSB reasonably determines that Customers have engaged in any fraudulent or falsified activities, engaged in any misuse or abuse of the Program for the purpose of obtaining undue benefits, or violated MSB’s applicable rules and regulations, MSB reserves the right to revoke any Promotional Rewards and Benefits already awarded and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws.
• Customers that participate in the Program agree to receive promotional notifications via MSB’s communication channels, including, but not limited to, SMS, email, digital banners, and social media channels.
• MSB shall coordinate with the relevant Parties to settle any conflicts and/or dispute arising out of or relating to this Program through negotiation and mediation. If any such conflict and/or dispute cannot be settled through negotiation and mediation, the Parties may initiate legal proceedings before a competent court in accordance with applicable laws.

MSB hereby undertakes to run it in full compliance with applicable laws, and assumes full responsibility therefor.

These Terms and Conditions are available in English and Vietnamese. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the Vietnamese text and the English text, the Vietnamese text shall prevail and control.
