Update to the Cashback Redemption Timeline for MSB Credit Cards

MSB sincerely thanks you for your trust in and continued use of our credit card products.

To further enhance your experience and optimize our processing procedures, MSB would like to inform you of an update to the cashback processing time for credit card point redemption transactions, as follows:

• Cashback Processing Time: Within 60 working days from the date your point redemption request is successfully completed.
• Crediting Method: The cashback amount will be credited directly to your MSB Credit Card account.

This updated policy will take effect from 8 August 2026.

During the processing period, you may continue to track the status of your point redemption transaction through MSB’s available service channels or contact the MSB Contact Center at 1900 6083 for assistance if needed.
