PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promotion Program Name: Accompanying M-Triple – Sharing Experiences, Receiving Gratitude Gifts

2. Promoted Goods/Services: M-Triple – Card & Unsecured Loan Combo

4. Goods/Services Used for Promotion: MSB’s M-point. M-point is a reward point awarded by MSB to Customers at a conversion rate of 01 M-point = 1 VND. Customers can convert M-points into E-vouchers (including gift vouchers, service/product discount vouchers…) to use services and products of MSB and/or partners affiliated with MSB in accordance with MSB’s regulations from time to time.

5. Promotion Period: From May 15, 2025, until the end of July 31, 2026, or until the program’s budget is exhausted, whichever comes first.

6. Promotion Territory (Scope): Applicable nationwide.

7. Target Customers of the Promotion Program:

Individual Customers of MSB who register to use the M-Triple – Card & Unsecured Loan Combo on the MSB Digital Bank application during the promotion period.

8. Prize Structure:

– Registered to use the M-Triple – Card & Unsecured Loan Combo on the MSB Digital Bank application.

 

– Fully answered the survey questions regarding the experience of using the M-Triple – Card & Unsecured Loan Combo on the MSB Digital Bank application as requested by MSB.

9. Detailed Content of the Promotion Program:

9.1. Specific conditions, methods, and procedures for customers to participate in the promotion program:

  • Customers have registered to use the M-Triple – Card & Unsecured Loan Combo on the MSB Digital Bank application.

  • Customers receive survey information from MSB and access the survey link to complete the entire survey content as requested by MSB.

  • Each customer is entitled to a maximum of 01 (one) prize.

9.2. Timeline and Method of Reward Distribution:

  • In the event that the number of eligible Customers exceeds the promotion budget, rewards will be prioritized based on the earliest survey completion time or the criteria of valuable feedback contributions.

  • Reward distribution period: No later than 30 days from the end of the promotion period or when the program budget is exhausted.

9.3. Regulations on the Validity Period of Reward Points:

M-Points accumulated in month $T^*$ of this year are valid until the last day of month T in the following year ($T^*$ represents months valued from 1 to 12 in the solar calendar).

Example: If a customer accumulates 50,000 M-Points on June 30, 2025, these points, if unused, will expire on June 30, 2026. Alternatively, 50,000 M-points accumulated on June 1, 2025, will expire on June 30, 2026.

9.4. Revocation and Adjustment of Accumulated Points:

  • If the Customer has used all points, the revocation of reward points will be recorded on the Customer’s reward point account as a negative balance. In this case, all points accumulated by the Customer after that time will be prioritized to offset the revoked points. The Customer will not be able to redeem gifts or use points until the account balance is greater than 0 (zero).

9.5. Utilization of M-points:

Accumulated M-Points will be available for use (active) immediately after the Customer receives the reward points from MSB.

9.6. Method of Using M-points:

  • With the active accumulated points balance, the Customer can:

    • Look up the total active M-Points and eligible rewards available for redemption on the MSB mBank/MSB Digital Bank application.

    • Use accumulated points to redeem E-vouchers under the “My Offers” section on the MSB mBank/MSB Digital Bank application.

    • Use the redeemed E-vouchers to perform transactions at the premises of the product/service provider that issued the E-voucher.

  • When a Customer converts points into E-vouchers, MSB will deduct points according to the mechanism: points accumulated first will be used first.

  • Under certain circumstances, including but not limited to the following conditions, MSB reserves the right to refuse or cancel the Customer’s point redemption request:

    • The E-voucher quantity is exhausted;

    • Accumulated points are invalid or undergoing verification for fraud;

    • System errors;

    • Other cases according to MSB’s announcements/regulations from time to time.

9.7. Other Regulations:

9.7.1. For any inquiries regarding the promotion, Customers may contact the following addresses for guidance and resolution:

    • a. Customer Service Center (Contact Center): 24/7 Hotline – 1800 6260

    • b. The nearest MSB branch or transaction office.

9.7.2. Time Limit for MSB to Receive and Resolve Customer Inquiries and Complaints:

    • a. For point tracking/recording: Within 30 days from the date the transaction/event occurs.

    • b. For E-voucher redemption transactions: Within 30 days from the date the Customer successfully requests the gift redemption.

    • c. For other issues: Within 30 days for transactions involving disputes or complaints, MSB will temporarily freeze the points awarded from these transactions. Subsequently, based on the actual handling of investigation and complaint results, MSB will decide whether to record or not record these accumulated points. If the Customer violates the product and service usage regulations prescribed by MSB, depending on the severity of the violation, MSB has the right to revoke part or all of the accumulated points corresponding to the fraudulent transactions.

    • d. Any inquiries or complaints sent by the Customer to MSB after the aforementioned time limits will not be resolved.

9.7.3. MSB’s decision on all matters related to the promotion program is final and binding on the Customer.

9.7.4. In cases where MSB is not the provider of the products and services redeemed from E-vouchers, MSB shall not be held responsible for the quality of these products and services.

9.7.5. Customers participating in the promotion program agree to receive and allow MSB to send notifications regarding this promotion and other relevant promotional programs of MSB/affiliated third parties to the Customers through communication channels such as: phone calls, SMS, Email, and messages sent to the Customer’s social network accounts (Zalo, Facebook,…) for promotion marketing purposes.

9.7.6. Participating customers agree to allow MSB to use their feedback for service improvement purposes.

9.7.7. Customers awarded M-points under these Terms and Conditions may have to pay irregular income tax, fees, and charges (if any) in accordance with current legal regulations. In the event that irregular income tax must be paid, the Customer agrees that MSB will deduct the irregular income tax, fees, and charges (if any) from the value of the reward points received and pay it to the competent authority on behalf of the Customer in compliance with the law.
