Notice: Discontinuation of 24/7 Instant Transfer Feature for Transactions Above VND 500 Million

In compliance with the regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam regarding payment service operations, MSB would like to announce the following adjustment to its money transfer feature:

Starting from May 1, transactions exceeding VND 500 million will be automatically redirected by the system to the Standard Transfer channel for further processing.

(For Standard Transfers, the minimum processing time is 4 working hours. Transactions made after 3:55 PM will be processed on the next working day.)

Previously, when customers performed 24/7 Instant Transfers exceeding VND 500 million, the system would automatically split the transaction into multiple transfers valued below VND 500 million each, helping customers save time and reduce manual operations.

From the above effective date, this automatic transaction-splitting feature will no longer be applied. If customers still wish to use the 24/7 Instant Transfer service for immediate fund receipt, please proactively split the transaction into multiple transfers, ensuring that each transaction is valued below VND 500 million.
