Terms and Conditions of the Promotion Program: “Fee incentive program exclusively for customers in the pre-approved lead list for MSB Mastercard Green World and MSB Visa Travel credit card issuance”

2. Name of the Promotion Program: Fee incentive program exclusively for customers in the pre-approved lead list for MSB Mastercard Green World and MSB Visa Travel credit card issuance.

3. Promotion area (scope): Nationwide.

4. Promotion form: Giving goods or providing services without collection of money, accompanied by the purchase or sale of goods or provision of services.

5. Promotion period: From April 1, 2026, to April 30, 2026, or until the promotion budget is exhausted, and MSB is not required to provide prior notice.

6. Promotional goods and services: Main credit cards of MSB Mastercard Green World and MSB Visa Travel.

7. Goods and services used for promotion: Vietnamese Dong, directly refunded into the customer’s credit card account.

8. Eligible Customers of the Promotion Program (beneficiaries of the promotion):

Group 1: Individual customers of MSB who simultaneously satisfy the following conditions:

  • Are individual customers on the pre-screened/pre-selected list of MSB who successfully issue a main MSB Mastercard Green World credit card and;

  • Reach the spending threshold according to the program conditions within the first 30 days of card issuance.

Group 2: Individual customers of MSB who simultaneously satisfy the following conditions:

  • Are individual customers on the pre-screened/pre-selected list of MSB who successfully issue a main MSB Visa Travel credit card and;

  • Reach the spending threshold according to the program conditions within the first 30 days of card issuance.

9. Prize structure (incentive content, incentive conditions):

+ For Engaged Priority (MF) Customers: Lifetime annual fee waiver for MF Customers when maintaining Engaged Priority status at the time of annual fee assessment.

 

+ For Regular Customers: Annual fee refund from year 2 onwards when current year spending reaches at least 250 million VND.

Customers on MSB’s pre-screened/pre-selected list who issue cards in April 2026 and satisfy the conditions for maintaining Engaged Priority status (Program for Priority Customers) or spend the minimum threshold in the current year (Program for Regular Customers).
2 MSB Visa Travel

+ Spend 500,000 VND: First-year annual fee refund.

 

+ Spend 5 million VND: Annual fee refund for the first and second years.

 

+ Spend from 15 million VND: Lifetime annual fee refund (5 years).

Customers on MSB’s pre-screened/pre-selected list who issue cards in April 2026 and satisfy the spending conditions within the first 30 days of card issuance.

10. Detailed content of the promotion:

10.1. Method for determining eligible customers:

  • Customers belong to the target group in Section 8 and;

  • MSB will finalize the total spending balance of customers on the last day of May 2026, then filter the list of customers eligible for the incentives.

10.2. Form and timing of reward payment:

  • Form of reward payment: Direct annual fee refund into the customer’s credit card account.

  • Timing of reward payment: Refund will be processed in month T+1 (where T is the month the customer fulfills the spending conditions specified in Section 9 of these Terms and Conditions).

  • Awarding principles:

    • Only actual spending transactions (including online and at POS) are counted.

    • Refunded, canceled, installment, or invalid transactions will not be counted.

    • Each customer is recognized and rewarded only once under these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

    • In the event that the number of Customers satisfying the reward conditions in Section 8 exceeds the budget, MSB will process rewards based on the order of Customers who met the conditions earlier.

12. Responsibilities and powers of the parties in the promotion:

12.1. Responsibilities and powers of MSB:

  • Implement the promotion in accordance with the announced content and legal regulations.

  • MSB’s decision on matters related to this promotion is final and binding on the Customer, except where otherwise provided by law.

  • In the event of any fraudulent or deceitful acts by an individual to achieve the results of this promotion, MSB reserves the right to refuse the reward and request compensation (if any) in accordance with the law.

  • To ensure transparency, MSB has the right to publish the information and images of eligible Customers in accordance with legal regulations.

  • With the Customer’s consent, MSB is entitled to use the Customer’s images and information for communication and advertising activities and/or public announcement.

  • Customers must bear all incurred costs (if any) related to receiving the offer.

  • All inquiries and complaints must be sent to MSB within 15 days from the end of the program. MSB is not responsible for resolving complaints arising after this period.

  • In case of force majeure or for business alignment, MSB may cancel, terminate, change, or delay the promotion after obtaining consent from the competent authority or according to current law.

12.2. Responsibilities and powers of the Customer:

  • The Customer is fully responsible for the use of the reward received.

  • The Customer has full rights to use the reward for personal purposes.

  • By participating, the Customer agrees to allow MSB to share information with relevant parties to implement the program and acknowledges awareness and acceptance of all terms and conditions.

MSB respectfully announces and commits to correctly performing and taking full responsibility for the aforementioned promotion program in accordance with current legal regulations.
