Terms and Conditions of the Promotion Program: “Open card, get instant cashback”

3. Promotion area (scope): Nationwide.

4. Promotion form: Giving goods or providing services without collection of money, accompanied by the purchase or sale of goods or provision of services.

5. Promotion period: From April 15, 2026, until the promotion budget is exhausted, and MSB is not required to provide prior notice.

6. Promotional goods and services: Main credit cards of MSB opened via the mobile app.

7. Goods and services used for promotion: Vietnamese Dong.

8. Eligible Customers of the Promotion Program (beneficiaries of the promotion):

Individual customers of MSB who simultaneously satisfy the following conditions:

  • Are existing individual customers of MSB, did not have an MSB credit card prior to the promotion period, and are on the list of pre-approved cards by MSB;

  • Receive advertisement information about this promotion via MSB’s Digital Marketing channels;

  • Successfully open a main digital credit card of MSB via the MSB Digital Bank app (credit cards opened without being attached to an MSB sales staff code); and

  • Make any spending transaction within 30 days from the date of successful credit card opening.

10. Detailed content of the promotion:

10.1. Method for determining winners:

  • Customers who fall under the target group of the program in Section 8 and:

  • MSB will finalize the total spending debt of customers on the last days of the month, then filter the list of customers eligible for the promotion.

  • A credit card is considered successfully opened when the Customer receives an SMS from MSB sent to the phone number registered by the Customer regarding the successful issuance of the credit card.

10.2. Form and timing of prize distribution:

  • Form of reward payment: Direct cashback of 200,000 VND into the customer’s main credit card.

  • Timing of reward payment: Rewards will be paid in the month following the month in which the Customer satisfies all conditions to receive the promotion as prescribed in Section 8 of these Terms and Conditions.

  • Awarding principles:

    • Only actual spending transactions (including online and at POS) are counted.

    • Refunded, canceled, installment, or invalid transactions will not be counted.

    • Each customer is recognized and rewarded only once under these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

    • In the event that the number of Customers satisfying the conditions for receiving rewards as prescribed in Section 8 exceeds the quantity specified in Section 9 of these Terms and Conditions, MSB will perform the reward payment based on the order of Customers who met the conditions earlier.

Responsibilities and powers of the parties in the promotion:

12.1. Responsibilities and powers of MSB:

  • Implement the promotion in accordance with the announced content and legal regulations.

  • MSB’s decision on matters related to this promotion is final and binding on the Customer, except where otherwise provided by law.

  • In the event that any individual commits fraudulent or deceitful acts to achieve the results of this promotion, MSB reserves the right to refuse the reward and request compensation from the Customer (if any) in accordance with the law.

  • To ensure the transparency of the promotion, MSB has the right to publish the information and images of Customers eligible for rewards in accordance with legal regulations.

  • With the Customer’s consent, MSB is entitled to use the Customer’s images and information related to this promotion for MSB’s communication and advertising activities and/or wide public announcement in accordance with legal regulations.

  • Customers must bear all incurred costs (if any) related to receiving the offer from the program.

  • All inquiries and complaints related to the promotion must be sent by the Customer to MSB within 15 days from the end of the program. MSB will not be responsible for processing or resolving any customer complaints or inquiries arising after this period.

  • If, due to force majeure events as prescribed by law beyond MSB’s control, the promotion cannot take place as planned, or to ensure alignment with its business objectives, MSB may (to the extent permitted by law) cancel, terminate, change, or delay part or all of the promotion after obtaining consent from the competent authority or in accordance with current legal regulations.

12.2. Responsibilities and powers of the Customer:

  • The Customer is fully responsible for the use of the reward received.

  • The Customer has full rights to use the reward for personal purposes.

  • By participating in this promotion, the Customer agrees to allow MSB to share the Customer’s information with relevant parties to implement the promotion; and is entitled to use the Customer’s images and information related to this promotion for MSB’s communication and advertising activities and/or wide public announcement in accordance with legal regulations.

  • By participating in this promotion, the Customer acknowledges awareness and acceptance of all conditions and terms of this program and any adjustments (if any).

MSB respectfully announces and commits to correctly performing and taking full responsibility for the aforementioned promotion program in accordance with current legal regulations.
