1. Program Name: Open a Card Instantly, Get Immediate Cashback.

2. Promotion Method: Gift goods and provide services without collection of money, combined with the purchase of goods and provision of services.

3. Promotion Period: From January 20, 2026, to April 30, 2026, or until the program budget is exhausted, whichever comes first; MSB is not required to provide prior notice.

4. Promotional Goods and Services: MSB primary credit cards opened through digital channels.

5. Goods and Services used for promotion: Vietnam Dong (VND).

6. Target Customers of the Promotion Program (Eligible beneficiaries):

  • Target Group 1: Individual customers of MSB who simultaneously meet the following conditions:

    • Are existing MSB customers who did not hold an MSB credit card prior to the program period and are on MSB’s selected customer list; and

    • Received promotional information about this program via MSB’s Digital Marketing channels; and

    • Successfully opened at least 01 primary MSB credit card via the website: https://taichinh.tieudung.msb.com.vn/cc/home or via the MSB Digital Bank app (the card must be opened without being linked to an MSB staff referral code); and

    • Reached a minimum total spending of 1,500,000 VND within 30 days from the date of successful card opening.

  • Target Group 2: Individual customers of MSB who simultaneously meet the following conditions:

    • Successfully opened an MSB digital primary credit card during MSB’s Head Office livestream sessions on MSB’s TikTok channel during the program implementation periods, entered the program code “NM2026” at https://taichinh.tieudung.msb.com.vn/cc/home or via the MSB Digital Bank app; and

    • Reached a minimum total spending of 1,500,000 VND within 30 days from the date of successful card opening.

9. Detailed content of the Promotion Program:

9.1. Method for determining winners:

  • Customers belong to the target groups implemented in Section 8; and

  • MSB will finalize and consolidate customer spending on the last days of each month, then filter the list of customers eligible for the promotion.

9.2. Reward Method and Timeline:

  • Reward method: 300,000 VND cashback to the customer’s primary credit card.

  • Reward timeline: Disbursement in month T+1 (where T is the month the customer meets all spending conditions).

  • Selection principles:

    • Only actual spending transactions are counted (including online and at POS).

    • Refunded, canceled, installment, or invalid transactions will not be counted.

    • Each customer is recorded and rewarded only once throughout the program.

    • In case the number of customers meeting conditions exceeds the budget, MSB will reward based on the order of customers who met the conditions earliest.

10. Responsibilities and Rights of Parties in the Promotion:

10.1. Responsibilities and Rights of MSB:

  • Implement the promotion according to the announced content and legal regulations.

  • MSB’s decisions regarding matters related to this promotion are final and binding for customers, unless otherwise provided by law.

  • In case any individual is found to have committed fraud or deception to achieve results in this promotion, MSB reserves the right to refuse the reward and request the customer to compensate (if any) according to legal regulations.

  • To ensure the transparency of the promotion, MSB has the right to publish information and images of customers eligible for rewards in accordance with legal regulations.

  • With the customer’s consent, MSB is entitled to use images and information of customers related to this promotion for MSB’s promotional activities and/or widespread public notification as per legal regulations.

  • MSB is not responsible for any costs incurred (if any) related to receiving the offer from the program.

  • Any questions or complaints related to the promotion must be sent to MSB within 15 days from the end of the program. MSB will not be responsible for handling or resolving any complaints or inquiries arising after this period.

  • If, due to force majeure events as defined by law beyond MSB’s control, the promotion cannot take place as planned or to ensure it aligns with its business objectives, MSB may (within the scope permitted by law) cancel, terminate, change, or postpone part or all of the promotion after obtaining approval from competent authorities as per current law.

10.2. Responsibilities and Rights of Customers:

  • Customers are fully responsible for the use of the received reward.

  • Customers have full rights to use the reward for personal purposes.

  • By participating in this promotion, customers agree to allow MSB to share customer information with relevant parties to implement the promotion; have the right to use images and information of customers related to this promotion for MSB’s promotional activities and/or widespread public notification as per legal regulations.

  • By participating in this promotion, customers acknowledge having read and accepted all terms and conditions of this program and any amendments (if any).
