Applicable Conditions

• The number of offers is limited and provided on a first-come, first-served basis; the program may end early before the expiration date when the codes run out without prior notice.

• Promo codes are only applicable to accounts registered as members with Trip.com. During the promotion period, users must log in as a Trip.com member to receive the code from the promotion page, make a booking, and then select the promo code at the payment page to receive the discount.

• Promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promo codes and can only be used once per account per booking on each device.

• Promo codes are only applicable on the Vietnamese Trip.com App, for bookings paid with a Visa card in VND.

• Promo codes cannot be used concurrently with any other offers.

• Promo codes have no value for exchange or refund into cash or Trip Coins.

• In case a booking is canceled, the promo code used for that booking will automatically be refunded to your account and available for use during the released promotion period.
