MSB System Upgrade Notice

To enhance service quality and improve customer experience, Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MSB) will be performing a system upgrade. During this period, some MSB services may be temporarily interrupted. Details are as follows:

For Individual Customers

• Expected Timing: From 10:30 PM to 11:30 PM on April 11, 2026 (Saturday) and April 13, 2026 (Monday).

• Impacted Services: Bond and Certificate of Deposit (CD) lookup functions on Mobile Banking.

For Corporate Customers

• Expected Dates: April 11, 2026 (Saturday) and April 18, 2026 (Saturday).

• Impacted Services & Specific Times:

  • 2:00 PM – 2:45 PM: Online Electronic Tax Payment service.

  • 3:00 PM – 3:45 PM: State Budget Collection service.

  • 11:30 PM – 11:45 PM: Collection and Payment services.

We recommend that you plan your transactions accordingly to ensure your financial activities remain unaffected. Following these periods, all MSB systems will resume normal operations.
