Recall due to Fraud

Customers are requested to follow the steps below:

  • Step 1: Log in to Internet Banking → select Account → select the account used for the transaction
  • Step 2: Select Transaction Creation History, find the transaction to be inquired
  • Step 3: Click Inquiry → enter the inquiry request in the inquiry content field

⏱ Processing time: Up to 30 working days. Customers will receive the result via the registered mobile number of the user

⚠️ Notes:

  • For 24/7 transfers, funds are credited immediately to the beneficiary, so the possibility of recall is very low
  • Customers should contact the police as soon as possible
  • MSB will coordinate to provide information and update inquiry results
