CVV Code

The CVV (Card Verification Value) is a 3-digit security code located on the back of the credit card, used to verify online transactions. Customers will need to enter this code when performing online transactions.

Customers may check the CVV code using one of the following methods:

• Method 1: The CVV code is printed on the back of the physical credit card.
• Method 2: Log in to IB/MB, select Card Services. Then select the card number to be checked, choose Card Management, then select Card Information, and press Confirm to view the CVV code.

The CVV code is confidential information and must not be disclosed to anyone under any circumstances.
