Card Unblocking

Customers may unblock the card using one of the following methods:

• Method 1: Unblock via the M-eMobile application (applicable if the card was previously blocked by the customer on the application)
• Method 2: Call the hotline 18006260 (toll-free) and connect directly with a consultant to unblock the card
• Method 3: Unblock directly at an MSB Branch/Transaction Office (please bring the application form with full signatures and the company seal to the nearest MSB Branch/Transaction Office for assistance)
