Credit Card Statement

Customers may check detailed monthly credit card statements through the following flexible methods:

• Method 1: Customers may check via e-statements sent to the registered email addresses of the enterprise and card users.
• Method 2: Users log in to IB/MB, select menu Account / Card Services / Card Management to view summary and detailed statements.

Note: Customers may request detailed statements for each card user and consolidated statements via the M-eMobile app.
