How to Check Your MSB Account Balance

Method 1: Via In-Phone Operator (IVR)

• Call 18006260 (free) from your registered MSB phone number.
  
• Press 2 → Enter your registered MSB business registration number, press # Enter the last 4 digits of your account number, press # to hear your balance information.
  

Method 2: Via the M-emobile app: Log in to the M-emobile app.

• Select the Accounts section.
  
• Check your account to quickly view your balance and transaction history.
  

Method 3: Via Internet Banking: Access https://ebank.msb.com.vn

• Log in → Select Accounts → select account inquiry to check your balance.
