I didn’t receive the OTP code?
12/02/2026To generate an OTP code, please follow these instructions:
Step 1: Open the M-emobile app.
Step 2: Log in with Soft OTP.
- Select the “Soft OTP” feature in the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Enter the PIN (The initial PIN is the last 6 digits of your registered phone number by default).
Step 3: Enter the verification code.
- Hold your mobile device up to the transaction verification screen on Internet banking to scan the QR code (at the “Confirm Information” step).
- If your mobile device cannot scan the QR code, you can select “Enter Transaction Code” as an alternative.
- After scanning the QR code or “Entering Transaction Code”, the application will provide an OTP code for you to enter into the “Enter OTP” field on the transaction verification screen.
*Note: No OTP code will be sent via SMS.
