I don’t see the pending order on the Digital Bank?

You do not see your pending order on your digital bank. Please check the following information:

  • Assign roles and features to users for order approval.
  • Assign approval process permissions for corresponding transaction types.
  • Assign account permissions.
  • Approve orders by approval level (orders can only be seen by users at the next approval level after successful approval).
  • Activate OTP software (if approving orders on the M-emobile app).
  • Types of transactions allowed for approval (if approving orders on the M-emobile app).
