- Assign roles and features to users for order approval.
- Assign approval process permissions for corresponding transaction types.
- Assign account permissions.
- Approve orders by approval level (orders can only be seen by users at the next approval level after successful approval).
- Activate OTP software (if approving orders on the M-emobile app).
- Types of transactions allowed for approval (if approving orders on the M-emobile app).
