If you receive a message saying “OTP incorrect” or “transaction not authorized” when creating an OTP on the M-emobile app, please check the following information:

  • Ensure you are using the correct M-emobile app.
  • The username on Internet Banking matches the username that created the soft OTP code on M-emobile.
  • The code consists of 8 digits corresponding to each transaction.
