How do I unlock my digital banking service after entering the wrong password too many times?

A. Unlocking the Service:

To unlock the service, you can do the following:

1. Call the customer service hotline: 18006260 (free of charge) using the user’s or administrator’s phone number to speak with a representative for assistance in unlocking the service.

2. Visit the nearest MSB branch or transaction office (please bring the form with the company’s signature and seal).

B. Password Reset To reset your password, you can do one of the following:

1. Via the M-emobile application.

  • On the login screen, select “Forgot Password”.
  • Enter: The requested information.

*Note: The ID number, phone number, and email address are the user’s registration information.

  • Enter the OTP code sent to your registered phone number.
  • Set a new password.

2. At an MSB branch or transaction office: Please bring the form with the company’s signature and seal to the nearest MSB branch or transaction office for direct assistance.
