How to generate OTP verification codes for transactions on the Business Digital Banking platform?

To generate an OTP code, please follow these instructions:

Step 1: Open the M-emobile application.

Step 2: Log in to Soft OTP.

• Select the “Soft OTP” feature in the bottom right corner of the screen.
• Enter your PIN (The initial PIN is the last 6 digits of your registered phone number).

Step 3: Enter the verification code.

• Hold your mobile device up to the transaction verification screen on Internet banking to scan the QR code (at the “Confirm Information” steps).
• If your mobile device cannot scan the QR code, you can select “Enter transaction code” as an alternative.
