1. Change your passwords regularly and don’t use easy-to-guess passwords. Do not save your login name or e-banking password on the application or in notes on your phone.
2. Use a secure network connection when accessing e-banking services, do not use public wifi connections, wifi with strange names or no password required.
3. Do not provide personal information or bank account information to others in any form.
4. Proactively manage card limits and transactions on banking applications.
5. Do not access strange links or download applications of unknown origin.
6. In case you suspect that your phone has downloaded a fake application or contains malicious code, immediately disconnect the network, turn off the phone and bring it to a reputable store to check and remove the fake application (if any), and support restoring the phone’s factory settings to ensure there is no malicious code left on the device.
7. Regularly monitor card and account transactions. It is necessary to notify immediately if anything unusual is detected.
8. Regularly update information about scams and fraud and increase vigilance in opening and using bank accounts
