12/02/2026If the recipient has not yet received the money, you can submit a trace request by following these steps:

Step 1: Log in to Internet Banking → Select Accounts → Choose the transaction account.

Step 2: Select Transaction History and locate the specific transaction.

Step 3: Click Trace → Enter your request details in the “Content” field.
Note: Trace requests are processed within a maximum of 04 working days. You will receive the result via your registered phone number.
