How can I adjust my transaction details?

You can submit a trace request to adjust the account number or beneficiary name for successful transfers from MSB. Please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Log in to Internet Banking → Select Accounts → Choose the account used for the transaction.

  • Step 2: Select Transaction History and find the transaction you wish to trace.

  • Step 3: Click Trace → Enter your adjustment request in the “Content” field.

Note: Trace requests are processed within a maximum of 04 working days. Feedback will be sent via the user’s registered phone number.
